At the same time he was having one on one dinners with another co-worker. He claims they are “just friends” even though one of the dinners was at an expensive romantic restaurant with wine (he actually told me all the details while we were having dinner in the same restaurant!?) He also told me he went out to dinner with her and her two children (because she wanted some “adult companionship”).

He still sees both of these women EVERY SINGLE DAY at the office.

I called and confronted the second woman.

I told her about the dinners and asked her if she knew who the woman involved was. She said “I guess it must have been me, since I’m the one you’re calling”. I told her that I assumed at the time that he was having an affair with her. She said “I understand that it certainly looks that way”.

She went on to say it just “dinner” (does that make it ok?)

We laughed, and agreed to “have lunch some time”.

What a skank!

But at any rate I doubt she will be having any more romantic dinners with my husband.
